Remodel/Addition Elegant Wine Cellar Luxury Townhome – Wayzata, MN

In working with Sandra for several years prior, I contracted with Sandra when I was moving into a new luxury townhome. There were many modifications I needed to make to the interior to accommodate my lifestyle. The largest part of the project was demolishing a portion of a large home office and a portion of a large living room to accommodate a new walk in Wine Cellar. 

I already knew Sandra had the creativity, knowledge and resources to add style, elegance and richness to my wine cellar plans.  Sandra added several artful elements that created incredible results of which I am very pleased such as:  lighting, barrel vaulted ceiling, a 8’-0” ht. walnut door with a round top and glass insert, natural slate field stone floor and refined construction details for exactly where to place new walls were built so to integrate with the existing walls and soffits in the adjacent spaces.
